The Derby Recreation Commission is pleased to offer two dynamic Corporate Membership plans designed to support employee health and wellness for organizations in the Derby area. Both tiers provide employees with full access to the outstanding facilities at the Derby Recreation Center and our regular group fitness classes. Why offer a DRC membership to your employees?

Corporate Membership Plans
1.) Comprehensive Plan
Provide a DRC membership to all full-time employees with the option for employees to add their family for a significantly reduced rate. Employer pays rate based on total number of FT employees (not just the number participating).
Employees on this plan may add family members; $110 for the first family member and $30 for each additional family member, with the cost not exceeding $230 per family.

2.) Customized Plan
Offer a benefit to employees and choose the monthly investment that works for your company. Employers can subsidize employee’s DRC membership at any level, including no subsidy. Your organization only pays for participating employees on subsidy plans.

Corporate Memberships include:
Full memberships at both the DRC and OAC which includes:
- unlimited youth and adult fitness classes
- fitness centers
- gymnasiums
- indoor pool
- racquetball courts
- A free “Wellness Hour” with DRC Fitness Staff: Orientation of facilities, fitness programs and equipment available. Educational material with recommended exercise guidelines, customized cardiovascular and weight workout cards.
