Acrobat Form : Volunteer Application

The Derby Recreation Commission organizes over 400 programs and special activities annually. We rely greatly on volunteers to help bring these opportunities to the community. Program areas we need volunteers include youth and adult sports, youth and adult arts and crafts, special events, teen activities and special populations. In 1998 the DRC Board and Staff began a volunteer recognition program. Individuals who give 10 hours or more of their time receive a gift. We also pay tribute to these individuals during National Volunteer Week.
