The DRC has received input from customers that they would like a site that is easier to navigate and to register for programs. The DRC is retiring registration software it has used for over ten years for a more modern package. The new software is much easier for the user to locate and register for programs and memberships.
The DRC has elected to update each account individually because this is the most secure method to transmit your personal and financial data into the new system. Additionally, many of our customers have been with us for years and their account information like pictures and addresses are outdated. With our new software, we have added more options for payment with auto bank draft in addition to credit and debit cards.
If you and/or your family are current DRC members an account has been created for you in the new software package, you will receive an email from the DRC with a user ID and password. Please click on the link provided in that email to update your account information. If you have missed that email for any reason please contact Guest Services for assistance.
Yes we would like to update your photo on your next visit after updating/creating your account.
Yes if you have been using your seven digit phone number. If not please stop at Guest Services and our staff will be happy to let you know what your code is.
Yes. Prior to this change, customers had to register in person for programs that required proof of age like swimming lessons and sports leagues. Customers requesting scholarships still need to do that in person at our Guest Services desk.
Yes. Your auto pay membership will still continue, but set up in the new software is required. Go online to update your financial information or stop by Guest Services and they will be glad to update it for you.
