NEW! 3-2-1 Go!


3-2-1 Go has an interval approach: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs. This workout is designed to help you crush your fitness goals and leave you feeling like a champion!
There will be two classes this winter. For our early morning people- Thursdays, 5:30 a.m.-6:15 a.m. taught by Aimee Ediger
For our Mid-afternoons - Tues/Thurs, 2:00 -2:5 p.m. taught by Lori Tober
