water is perfect people who have conditions that inhibit them from
regular exercise.
Whether you
have arthritis, are recovering from a knee injury or have a bad back,
this class can offer
you moderately paced exercise to sustain or improve muscular mobility
and joint range of motion.
Exercises
focus on
flexibility and strength and include
a short cardiovascular
section. Written
physician’s approval required for medical conditions.
Whereas this
class may be considered
“therapeutic in nature”, it
is not considered therapy.
