MARCH MADNESS BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT 

The DRC and Shirts Plus will co-sponsor this Men’s Open Basketball Tournament.  Team awards are given to the top two finishing teams.  Pool play format will be used.

DATE:  March 11-13

TIME:  8:00am-8:00pm

LOCATION:  Derby Recreation Center,  Derby Middle School

ICEBREAKER SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT 

It’s time to get the tournament season underway.  This tournament is sanctioned for Men’s “D” and “E” teams and Women’s “B” and “C” teams.  State berths will be awarded.  If divisions lack teams, the format will be changed to equalizer.  All teams must hit USSSA approved softballs.

TAE KWON DO 

Learn the basic skills of the Korean Martial Art of Tae Kwon Do from experienced black-belt instructors.  Get great exercise as you develop self-esteem, self-confidence and self-defense.  The family that kicks together, sticks together!

RACQUETBALL TOURNAMENT 

It’s time to test your skills at the DRC racquetball tournament.  Two divisions will be offered to allow all skill levels to compete: Open and Intermediate.  The number of participants will dictate the type of tournament format.

DATE:  February 19 & 20

TIME:  8:00am-5:00pm

SPRING SOFTBALL LEAGUE 

Play ball!  Get your glove out after the long winter and get your team on the DRC spring league.  Divisions are Men's and Co-ed.  They will plan an eight-game season.  Out of district teams are subject to an additional 25% of fees.  All teams must hit their own USSSA or ASA approved softballs.  Registration deadline and coaches' meeting Thursday, March 3 at 6:00pm.
