In order to improve your daily activities, we will work on balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength (functional, endurance, and power).

To enhance your performance, we could help you with sport specific exercises, injury prevention, and activity specific education. Changing one’s appearance requires the loss of body fat and/or the increase in lean-muscle tissues. This goal is the most sought after of all goals.

We welcome kids to the DRC before and after school!  Memberships are required. Please check in at Guest Services.  Forms for both programs must be signed by each child's parent/guardian to purchase their initial membership at the DRC or OAC. The DRC also provides transportation to and from Derby North Middle School.
