Mind and Body fitness classes include yoga, pilates, Barre, PIYO, and variations of stretching classes. Whether you are wanting to clear your mind from a long days work or stretch out those aching muscles, the DRC has something for you. Barre fusion is an intense cardio workout formatted to be a heart pumping good time that is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles.

In this course we will begin to explore all the varieties of inversions, from Down Dog to Handstand, and what effect being upside down can have on your body, mind, and soul.
