Child care is available both as a drop-in service and during specific class times. Please check your current Derby Recreation Center Program Guide for available times and fees.
Ages for Kid's Club: 6 weeks - 8 years old.
Hours
Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00pm ; 4:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday 8:00 am-12:00pm
Sunday 12:00pm-5:00pm
A maximum of 20 children will be allowed in kid’s club at a time.
Fees
$15 - Unlimited visits with auto pay monthly bank draft (one child)
$20 - Unlimited visits with auto pay monthly bank draft (two or more children)
$3 - One time drop in (one hour)
An adult must be on the grounds at all times.
Guidelines
Parents are encouraged to bring their own portable carriers / cribs. Carrier must be provided for children under 6 months of age.
Toys are furnished, however, personal toys and games may be brought. Only toys that are of no risk to other children are allowed.
If a child has an illness that is contagious (fever), we request that you do not bring the child until fully recovered.
Due to the number of children, the attendant will not be responsible for feeding. Children should be fed before coming to the center. Please do not send snacks.
Discipline is conducted in the manner of a time out.
